Does it reply to everything?
No. It replies to the keywords we set, like MENU or PRICE, plus a welcome and an away message. Anything else comes to you as normal.
Do I need to post reels for this?
It works best with them, because every reel can end with "comment MENU". It pairs with the Reels Pack and Posting.
